The boys and I went along to Homi’s private view at 10A Blandford Street W1 last night. It’s fascinating to see how he has taken the 2D idea of the collages he makes from the discarded patterns of dead men’s suits to this new sculptural memento mori level.
Each precious, delicate skull is presented in its own perspex box with some of the offcuts. They’re beautiful, poignant objects…and very desirable.
The exhibition’s only on until the 4th March so pop by if you get the chance.
