Sometimes it takes someone else’s decorations to finally get you in the Christmas mood….

Jon and Alex’s tree was that very thing. I’ve not been feeling the Birthday/Christmas oomph this year and the year-end in some ways has veered towards the bell-end.

But now I’m inspired to rummage in the garage and find our less impressive, more timeworn but much loved nuclear white Christmas tree.

Frankly, a fairy light is the perfect antidote to any kind of blues or even the mean reds, not to say I’ve got the blues, just, WHY IS IT CHRISTMAS ALREADY NEXT WEEK!!!?????
