Hormazd Narielwalla was literally twirling around the floor at Bernstock Speirs with joy…at the success of their collaboration, but also he was Birthday Boy with a red ribbon jammed jauntily on his military titfer.
Both parties have really lent each other something special here, each complimenting the other beautifully. I’m afraid Caz and I went into a bit of a trying-on frenzy…the hats are divine. Playful, with glitter, chinstraps and even a cheeky veiled bobble!
Homi’s collages seem to dance among the hats. It was wonderful to see his work in real life rather than virtually. The show runs until the 15th November and it’s now the weather for wearing hats so I would suggest a visit tout de suite!
